Online training programs

You can cancel the participation in training program, right up to 1 (one) day before the commencement of the paid courses for which you have registered. There are no refunds after this stipulated cancellation date. However, in some special scenarios, TreLeS Technologies Private Limited, hereafter referred to as we, us,..,  may offer refunds on a case to case basis. In case the training programs are cancelled by us, an alternate training schedule (dates) or refund (for the remaining classes / sessions) would be provided.

Software

Full refund is possible for unused or unregistered software only, up to 15 days after the purchase date. No refund is possible after 15 days of purchase. Registered software are not entitled for refunds. 

Membership programs for market analysis 

For the membership programs set on auto renewal mode, the membership ends at the end of billing cycle selected by the user or subscriber. 

For example, a membership package purchased/selected for 6 months would be terminated upon completion of 6 months from the billing or beginning date of membership only, irrespective of whether the user terminates the membership after 1 day.. or 3 months or 4 months… after the date of beginning of the membership program.

Mode of refund

If your refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@treletech.com.

Products on special offer (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Bundled packages (eg. Software and Membership combinations) cannot be refunded individually.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchange of one products for another is handled on a case by case basis.  If you need to exchange it for another product, send us an email at inf@treletech.com and send the existing product to: TreLeS Technologies Private Limited, 65/573, St. Benedict Second Cross Road, Ernakulam – 682018, Kerala, India.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: TreLeS Technologies Private Limited, 65/573, St. Benedict Second Cross Road, Ernakulam – 682018, Kerala, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
